The island of Hippocrates has no significant monuments. A couple of ancient ruins, medieval churches and fortresses of the Knights of St. John are all we managed to see. However, Kos is above all an extremely intimate, small island, where it takes an hour to drive from the north to the south of the island. Its greatest attractions are nature, beautiful views and a specific local atmosphere, which we felt after just a few days of stay.
